What types of custom cable assembly do you build?

Signal and data (USB-C, USB 3.0, Type-C, Ethernet, LVDS, MIPI), ribbon and flat cable assemblies, power (DC splitter, motor, custom DC, AWG 30-4/0), RF/coax (SMA, TNC, N-type, I-PEX, micro coax), medical sensor and patient-contact cables, M12/M8 industrial Ethernet, automotive FAKRA/Deutsch and high-voltage EV cable assemblies.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We accept single-unit prototypes and run pilot batches of 10–50 cables while you validate the design. Production runs can scale by scheduled release after the sample, BOM and test plan are approved.

How is electrical test performed?

Every cable runs through Cirris CR or DIT-MCO fixtures with full continuity, hi-pot (typically 500–1500V depending on spec) and insulation resistance. RF cables get insertion loss + return loss verification on VNA where required.

Can you handle impedance-controlled coax?

Yes. We build phase-matched coax pairs and impedance-controlled coax (50Ω / 75Ω) with SMA, TNC, N-type, I-PEX and Rosenberger connectors. VNA verification + S-parameter report available on request.

How does the quote process work?

Send a drawing, BOM, wire list, photos or sample details through the quote form. Engineering reviews DFM and missing information, then returns pricing, lead time and open questions, typically within 24 hours for complete RFQ packages. Samples can move into the same controlled BOM for production.

Do you provide PPAP documentation?

Yes. Full PPAP Level 3 packages on automotive programs by default. FAI on every NPI build. Audit reports and certifications available under NDA before PO.

Engineering and DFM in the US and EU; manufacturing across IATF 16949 lines in China and the Philippines (Cavite). After-sales support in Melbourne (AU/NZ) and Seaford VIC.
