The 48-hour timeline covers manufacturing and testing after order confirmation. This assumes standard designs with readily available components. Complex designs or special materials may require additional time. The clock starts when you approve the quote and all specifications are confirmed.
Standard wire harnesses with common wire gauges (22-14 AWG), standard connectors (Molex, JST, etc.), and lengths under 2 meters typically qualify. Complex assemblies with custom connectors, overmolding, or special processing may require 5-7 days.
48-hour service includes a rush fee on top of standard pricing. The exact fee depends on complexity and current capacity. For most standard designs, expect 20-30% additional. We always provide transparent pricing before you commit.
The 48-hour timeline is for manufacturing. International shipping typically adds 2-5 days depending on destination and customs. We partner with DHL, FedEx, and UPS for fastest delivery options.
