We provide comprehensive documentation including PPAP packages (all 18 elements as required), certificates of conformance, material certifications, IMDS submissions for automotive, first article inspection reports, and full lot traceability. Documentation packages are customized to your specific requirements.
We have no minimum order quantity requirement. We support everything from prototype quantities to high-volume production runs. Our flexible manufacturing can scale from single-piece orders to millions of units annually.
Yes, we provide full turnkey manufacturing including component sourcing. We have established relationships with major connector and cable suppliers and can source specified components or recommend equivalents. We also offer vendor-managed inventory programs.
Our quality systems include incoming inspection, in-process testing, final inspection, and statistical process control. For automotive customers, we follow IATF 16949 requirements including control plans, FMEAs, and MSA. All harnesses are 100% electrically tested.
