The Challenge
A marine OEM ran a multi-month evaluation to qualify a new wire harness and audio-cable supplier, issuing 6 separate RFQs and a 64-message technical thread while requiring weekly delivery, tariff mitigation, and competitive cost versus the incumbent.
What We Did
