Insulation options include vinyl for economy, nylon for durability, and heat shrink for environmental sealing. Non-insulated terminals allow custom insulation or potting. We perform pull force testing to verify proper crimp quality per IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.

We work with all common terminal types including ring, spade/fork, quick disconnect (female and male), butt splices, pin terminals, ferrules, and specialty terminals. We have crimping tools for various manufacturers and sizes.
We process terminals for wire sizes from 26 AWG to 4/0 AWG. Ring and spade terminals are available for stud sizes from #4 to 3/8". Quick disconnects range from 0.110" to 0.250" tab widths.
We use both insulated and non-insulated terminals depending on requirements. Insulated terminals (vinyl, nylon, heat shrink) provide protection and color coding. Non-insulated are used where insulation is applied separately.
